This step is optional but offers you the opportunity to visually design the screen flow for the user interface and experience based on the user story you outlined in the previous step.
Having detailed your scenarios and user stories, you now have the option to create a screen flow. This visual representation helps you convey your user story more effectively, illustrating the experience for the involved actors.
To create your screen flow:
- Use the insights from your detailed scenario in the Scenario & User Stories as a foundation and use Section 1 Template #4 for guidance and inspiration for creating a design and prototype.
- Ideally, test your prototype with stakeholders to gather feedback, allowing for refinements and iterations to your scenario based on their input.
- For additional inspiration, visit the EBSI Experience Center, where the EBSI team showcases various use case screen flows.
