Returns a list of records.

first-version and owner are mutually exclusive; if both are supplied, only first-version is applied and owner is silently ignored. Pagination links preserve whichever filter (and contractAddress) was supplied on the request.

Bad Request. Either a pagination parameter failed validation, or the contractAddress query parameter is malformed, points at no contract or at the wrong contract, or is required but absent.
