Returns the addresses of the other registry contracts a given Issuers Registry instance is on-chain linked to (IssuersRegistry.didRegistryContract() and .policiesRegistryContract(), both immutable after initialize()). Used to verify that an Issuers Registry instance is genuinely related to a specific DID Registry instance.
