Returns a list of identifiers.

controller cannot be combined with either verification-method-id or verification-relationship. verification-method-id and verification-relationship must be supplied together — either alone without the other is rejected with 400.

Bad Request. Either a pagination parameter failed validation, or the contractAddress query parameter is malformed, points at no contract or at the wrong contract, or is required but absent.
